ingredients

1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 3/4 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
3/4 cup cinnamon chips

Cinnamon Sugar
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon

directions

Place ingredients except cinnamon sugar topping in your machine according to the manufacturer. Set on Sweet or Raisin-Nut cycle

For Cinnamon Sugar: Mix together and store in a covered container.

If desired after baking bread brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar.
