ingredients
4  skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup raw white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1  soup can milk
1/2 package onion soup mix
  shortening
directions
Rinse rice; drain. Place rice in baking dish and spread evenly. Mix the cans of soup and milk and spread over rice. 
 Lay chicken over rice and soup. Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 2 hours. Don't peek!

Makes you wonder what the chicken has to hide. This dish was delish!
Sorry to say, very disappointed with the results of this recipe.....very, very bland, chicken was dry dispite all the soups.....honestly would not make it again.....
