Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

1 package McCormick Grill Mates Southwest marinade
1/3 cup olive oil
1 orange, juiced
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Mix marinade mix, oil, orange juice and peel in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add chicken and turn to coat well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Tip: Chicken parts can be substituted for boneless chicken breasts. Grill over medium heat with lid closed 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Notes: The delicious seasonings of Southwest cuisine are paired with the sweet citrus flavor of fresh oranges in this marinade for chicken.
