1 bulb garlic, peeled, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 bunches cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
directions
Toss all the ingredients together.
Spoon over freshly grilled or sauteed fish.
Keeps refrigerated for 4-5 days.

I pureed this in my blender instead of just tossing it because I wanted it really well mixed and no big clumps of anything. It was more like a pesto this way. Very good sauce. I could see adding more oil and using it as a bread dipping sauce too!
