- #57420

ingredients
4 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
2 cups light sour cream
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen veggies, thawed (broccoli, carrot, cauliflower-small cut)
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard and honey; mix well. Set aside.
In 12 inch nonstick skillet, place ham and green onion. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned (3-4 minutes). Add veggies. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add cooked pasta and sour cream mixture. Stir gently to coat, then cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Very good and easy to make. I used fat free sour cream and agave instead of honey.
