ingredients

24 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup processed cheese product, cubed

directions

In the morning or the night before, cook scrambled eggs and put in a 9" x 13" pan.

Combine milk and soup and pour over eggs. Top with cheese cubes, mushrooms, onions and green pepper.

Refrigerate at this point to reheat in the morning. Bake covered at 300 degrees F for one hour.

    Made this because we had a house full of people and we all had to leave early in the morning for a wedding 300 miles away. This was a great recipe! I put it in the oven while getting everyone packedup and cleaned up. Made a ton of toast and sausage patties to go with it. Great recipe for busy mornings for sure!
