ingredients
1 package (2.5 ounce size) dried beef
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
directions
Rinse dried beef with boiling water, then drain. Chop dried beef into small pieces.
Combine beef, eggs, cream cheese, parsley and pepper, mixing well.
Melt butter into skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir occasionally until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
