Baked Scrambled Eggs

ingredients
22 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 pound grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups hot milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a baking pan.
Combine the eggs, butter, parmesan, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and beat well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with the parsley. Place in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Serve hot.

This is a great breakfast egg dish. I've made it for 16 and I've made it for 6 - very simple and very delicious!
