1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed
6 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 scallions
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk until honey has dissolved.
Marinade chicken or pork for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
