1/4 cup bourbon 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 small onion, chopped fine 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive container or zip-top plastic bag and mix well to dissolve the brown sugar.
Add beef, chicken, pork, fish, seafood, or vegetables and marinate for 1-6 hours before cooking as desired.
