1/2 cup mango nectar
1/4 cup peach nectar
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons water
directions
Combine all ingredients and slowly bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until thickened. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until cooled.
Brush over ham and bake until ham is heated through. Remove ham from oven, slice and serve.
