The most common pork pie is called Tourtiere, a French-Canadian dish hailing from Quebec. The ground pork is often combined with other meats like veal or beef and spiced with allspice, cinnamon and cloves. It's served in a pastry shell. It's tradition to serve it on Christmas Eve (Reveillon) after midnight mass.
