Impossible BLT Pie

ingredients

12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 cup bisquick baking mix
lettuce and sliced tomatoes

directions

Grease pie plate (10 inch).

Layer bacon and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes until smooth. Pour into plate.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees F until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.

Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
