Moist, Delicious Banana Bread Recipe

This is delicious with the choc chips and easy to make!

I made this for a baby shower. I was a little worried because the final mix of it doesnt look anything like banana bread ive made before. it seems rather runny. I double checked the ingredients as I went along, and this is at no fault to me. Well Ill see how it turns out and get back to you/

This turned out beautifully. Moist in the centre and a little crispy on the crust. Just the thing for my overripe bananas. I'm so glad I found it here.

Ive been searching for a recipe where the bread is moist and dark in color and I found it! I definitely prefer butter over oil....Delicious!
