Do NOT omit the vermouth from the recipe! It gives the eggs a wonderful flavor you don't expect. The recipe is very easy, but tastes impressive. The flour isn't really necessary in this - all it does is adds some heaviness to the eggs (which they really don't need). If you want to cut fat, you can use fat free evaporated milk instead of the heavy cream.
