ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons pasteurized egg whites or egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
2 medium ripe bananas
3 cups ice
directions
Combine all ingredients except bananas and ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add bananas and ice and blend until ice is crushed.
Pour into 16-ounce glasses, add a straw and serve.
