2 1/2 cups sliced bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup coconut cream (not coconut milk)
directions
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork until a paste is formed. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Add the coconut cream, mixing it in slowly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the poi to individual serving bowls and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
