Quench your thirst and indulge your sweet tooth at the same time. Made with chocolate syrup, ice cream, and fizzy soda water, this chocolate soda an easy treat for any occasion.

ingredients

1/3 cup vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup seltzer water

directions

Place the vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a tall glass. Add the chocolate syrup and stir to make a smooth paste.

Slowly pour the seltzer water over a spoon inside the glass so that the seltzer water is cascading over the spoon. Scoop off foam to make room for all of the water. Stir until well blended.
