1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 small scoops coffee ice cream
Add the club soda to a tall glass. Gently stir in the chocolate syrup until combined.
Add the scoops of ice cream to the glass. Serve immediately.
