Easy Strawberry Shortcake From Cake Mix

30-60 minutes
ingredients
miniature marshmallows
1 white cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 package strawberry Jello
1 package frozen strawberries
1 container Cool Whip
directions
Layer pan with marshmallows. Mix cake mix according to directions. Spread carefully over marshmallows.
Microwave strawberries to thaw for 1 minute. Add Jello.
Sprinkle a layer of marshmallows over cake. Put Jello and Strawberry mixture over marshmallows. Bake according to directions on box. Refrigerate. When cake is cooled add Cool Whip on top and serve.

Looks Good but lacking necessary info-recipe states 1 "1 pkg" strawberries-size or amount "pkg". Same goes for the jello-comes in 2 sizes & I am assuming pan size is 13x9. This could be a real mess with out the needed sizes of some of the ingredients. No thanks jc
I agree that more specific sizes would be helpful, but not everyone has access to stores that carries all available product sizes. These recipes are submitted by visitors to the site and sometimes they aren't specific because they don't realize there are other size packages available. So, when you encounter a recipe that is vague like this, the best practice is to go with the "most common" sizes available. For the jello, that's the smaller package (you can tell this because it comes in more flavors in this size). For the strawberries, I'm going to guess somewhere between 10-12 ounces. It will vary by brand. Because this isn't a recipe that requires scientific measurements to have a positive outcome (such as something with yeast), I'm pretty sure that being off by a few ounces either way won't result in disaster.
