Creamed chipped beef is total comfort food. Elevate it by serving it with fresh, steamed asparagus and crisp toast triangles.

1 package (11 ounce size) frozen creamed chipped beef
1/2 pound fresh asparagus spears, tough ends removed
4 slices bread
Prepare the chipped beef as directed on the package and keep warm.
Place the asparagus in a steamer basket over simmering water and cook until bright green and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the spears).
Toast the bread. Lightly butter each slice on one side and cut each in half diagonally. Place 2 toast triangles on each individual dinner plate along with asparagus spears.
Spoon the chipped beef evenly over the toast triangles and asparagus spears. Serve immediately.
