2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup applesauce
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

I used 1 c apple sauce and they weren't too moist. Maybe a typo? They didn't get crisp though, very soft. Good.

These were delicious! I also had the "soupy" problem. But I added 1 and 1/4 cup extra flour to fix that. They made very yummy cookies but even better mini-muffins. The batter is a bit better suited for mini-muffins i think! Overall though, these are very good after some tweaking!

Can someone out there tell me how many carbs in this delicious cookie?

friend had similar cookie inqredients-theirs turned out a little dry-this one was moist, it was delicious. I would be interested in trying to replace regular sugar with splenda: to see if it would make a difference. Thank you for the recipe.

These cookies are delicious! Though, not visually appealing. The dough looked great up until the 1 1/2 cups of applesauce, I felt like I was making a cake rather than cookies! The cookies turned out very spongey and more like a cake texture, but super yummy! Smaller cookies are more visually appealing. Use your best non-stick pan for these cookies (Do Not use a greased pan otherwise the dough will wander away and try to burn the edge) best cooking time was around 10 minutes. Next time I will probobly lessen the amount of applesauce in the batch, or try to turn it into a muffin or loaf cake recipe. I substituted Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend for the Margarine. I will make this recipe again! Thank you! :)

There is something terribly wrong with this recipe. Way too much liquid in the recipe, the batter is soupy.
