ingredients
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
3/4 cup white chocolate chunks or dark chocolate chips
directions
Beat butter with sugar, brown sugar and corn syrup. Add in egg and vanilla, beat well.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, apple pie spice and oats. Add flour mixture to cream mixture. Mix together. Fold in dried cherries and white chocolate.
Use a tablespoon to scoop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
