Caramel Coconut Wafers

ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
5 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons heavy cream
directions
Place butter and coconut in saute pan and warm gently. Once the butter and coconut are mixed, remove from heat and add the flour and cream. Mix well.
Pour onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut and form into desired shapes. Work fast, since the wafer sets quickly.
