This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 egg whites
3 cups oats
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla or banana flavoring
1 package chocolate chips or nuts
Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Add egg whites and mix. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and/or chocolate chips.
After dough is mixed, add nuts and/or chocolate chips. Batter will seem too liquidy, but drop on cookie sheet anyway.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.
