These sorbet shooters are just plain fun. The real fun comes in mixing and matching different flavors of sorbet with liqueurs. You'll love it, your guests will love it, and you might even come up with a new house special.

1 pint sorbet
3/4 cup flavored liqueur
Using a small spoon, melon baller, or 1-inch ice cream scoop, scoop out small balls of sorbet and place in shot glasses.
Drizzle the liqueur over the sorbet (about a tablespoon per glass) and serve immediately.
Match the flavor of the liqueur to the sorbet.
Scoop out the balls of sorbet ahead of time and place them in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer until ready to assemble the sorbet shooters.
