If there's one thing that could make chocolate even better, it's mint. The creamy, rich flavor of chocolate is perfectly balanced by the refreshing taste of mint, making it the perfect treat for any occasion.

ingredients
1 package (12 ounce size) peppermint patties (e.g., York)
1 package (6 ounce size) chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 cup milk, scalded
1/2 pint whipping cream
directions
Unwrap the peppermint patties. Put first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Whip cream and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into serving glasses or goblets and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with additional sweetened whipped cream.
