There's no reason that low carbers should deny themselves a sweet treat once in awhile. This low carb mousse is creamy and rich - and, of course, chocolately.

1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
4 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Combine the cream, sugar substitute, and cocoa powder in a blender. Process until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into serving bowls, cover, and chill for 2 hours or until ready to eat.
Garnish as desired with your favorite low carb toppings such as grated dark chocolate or real whipped cream.

What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This recipe sounds good making with splenda for a diabetic; but the calorie count is way to high. How many ounces are there in 1 serving. Thanks
The recipe is one serving. It's a low carb dessert, not specifically diabetic.

Rich and creamy. I also made plain vanilla mousse, omit the cocoa, substitute 2 tsp ,clear vanilla. Either way this is delish!
