Cheesey Hashbrowns Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
2 pounds cubed hash browns
16 ounces Sour Cream
1 can creamed soup of your choice (cream of chicken, mushroom, etc)
32 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 small bag gold fish crackers
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream soup and half of the cheese. Then add in potatoes. After well mixed pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Pour remaining cheese on top and crumble the bag of gold fish and spread over the cheese. Melt your stick of butter and pour over the top. Place into a 400 degree oven for 35-40 mins or until potatoes are tender. If you want to add meat to the dish add a half pound of meat with the addition of 8 oz more of sour cream.
