Baked Potato Fries

ingredients
2 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with a cooking spray. Cut the potatoes into long thin wedges. Spray the potatoes lightly with the cooking spray and place them in a plastic bag.
Add the cheese, salt, pepper and paprika to the bag. Close the bag and shake well to evenly coat the potato wedges with the seasonings and cheese.
Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes stirring once.

I didn't use the cheese just the seasonings. Very good and fries were done just right.

The fries turned out perfectly done. I've had trouble finding a good recipe for baked fries but this one didn't fail me. I'm going to play with different seasonings and come up with some more winning combinations.

I cooked these Potato Fries tonight and they were Awesome!! The spices were just right and not over-powering. I will definitely make these again & again! :))
