Pizza Japanese Style

ingredients
1 pizza crust (16 inch size)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 small squids, cleaned (body about 6 inches long)
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup corn kernels
8 shiso leaves (perilla, red or green)
1 green onion, slivered
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Clean the squid; cut the tentacles into 1 inch segments, cut the main body into narrow rings (1/4 inch).
Spread the mayonnaise on the pizza crust. Scatter the spinach leaves, the shiso, green onion slivers, and corn. Finish with the cut squids, and top with cheese
Bake in a hot oven 450 degrees F for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the crust is crunchy golden.
Note: Fresh corn is best, but if using canned, drain it well. If using frozen, defrost in cold water and drain it well.
