ingredients
1 quart sweet onions
2 cups red bell peppers
2 cups green bell peppers
1 cup sugar
1 quart vinegar
4 teaspoons salt
1 cup chopped cabbage
directions
Chop onions and peppers finely. Combine all ingredients and bring slowly to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened.
Pour into hot sterile jars. Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of the top. Seal.
