Fresh mango relish combines diced mangoes, peaches, and a blend of herbs and spices. Ideal as a zesty topping for grilled meats or tacos, this recipe adds a burst of flavor with a hint of lime.

1 large lime, juice of
3 mangoes, peeled and diced
8 peaches, peeled and diced
1/4 teaspoon coriander
5 Serrano peppers, diced
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 ounce tequila
Cover fruits with juice.
Separately, mix well the rest of ingredients. Gently toss into fruit. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime juice as needed.
Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
