Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound chicken parts
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon salt
1 each onion, peeled and sliced
1 each carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

Wipe chicken pieces with damp cloth and dry; place in cooker and add water.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil then skim. Cover and set control at 15. Cook over high heat till pressure is reached.

Reduce heat; cook 15 min. Cool cooker naturally or place under running water to cool.
