Glazed Salami

ingredients
1 pound hard salami
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
directions
Slice salami into 1/4 inch slices, cutting to but not through the bottom of salami.
Combine marmalade, brown sugar, and mustard in small bowl, stirring well. Spread mixture over the top of salami and between each slice; wrap in aluminum foil.
Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve with bread rounds.
