Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salami slices in a single layer on the parchment paper. Cover them completely with another sheet of parchment.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the salami slices are crisped and the edges are curled.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Remove the top layer of parchment. Pat the salami layer with paper toweling to remove any fat then transfer the chips to paper towels to drain.
Serve the salami chips warm.
