Hot Spinach And Bacon Dip

ingredients
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (12 ounce size) bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Drain spinach and press between layers of paper towels; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add cheeses and spinach; beat until well blended. Stir in bacon.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips.

I love, love, love this dip. I also add onion and celery that I saute in the leftover bacon grease. I also add salt and cracked black pepper. Rarely are there any leftovers!
