ingredients
2 cloves peeled garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded (more or less, depending on your heat tolerance)
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pecan pieces
1 cup drained sweet roasted red peppers
1/3 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
directions
Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree.
Add pecans, roasted peppers, olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in Parmesan, if desired.
Serve warm.
