Green Chile Corn Dip - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

4 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup creamed corn
1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated and finely chopped

directions

Grease the inside of a crock pot. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 1 hour or until heated through and the cheese is melted.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
