Confetti Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 heaped tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon sugar
8 ozs cream cheese
1 tablespoon red and green capsicum

Directions:

Mix eggs, sugar and vinegar together and cook till it thickens stirring all the time. Add cream cheese, onion and peppers. Mix well.
