The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

16 ounces braunschweiger
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
mayonnaise, as needed
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
dried parsley
diced pimientos
directions
NOTE: Use only Oscar Meyer braunschweiger.
Mix well and pack into a Christmas tree-shaped dish. Cream together a small amount of mayonnaise and 6 ounces of cream cheese and spread on top. Decorate with dried parsley and pimentos.
Serve with an assortment of crackers.
