Braunschweiger Sour Cream Dip

5 slices braunschweiger
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
fresh parsley sprigs
chopped hard-cooked egg
directions
In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat braunschweiger until smooth. Add sour cream, soup mix and Worcestershire sauce; beat well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to develop flavor.
Garnish with parsley and/or egg.
