24 cherry tomatoes
1 pound Mozzarella cheese, diced
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
24 whole basil leaves
salt
black pepper
directions
Combine olive oil with garlic and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add diced mozzarella and marinate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Thread 1 cherry tomato, 1 basil leave and 1 mozzarella dice on small skewers.
Arrange on a serving dish and drizzle marinade liquid on top.
