3 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoons minced parsley
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

12 slices salami
Beat the cream cheese, mustard, Tabasco, chives, parsley and mayo until smooth and well blended. Add salt to taste. Spread some of the mixture on each salami slice. Roll into cigar-like shapes, cover, and refrigerate until serving.

If your salami slices are large, cut them in half on the diagonal to make bite-sized pieces. The flavor was good and you can definitely vary it by adding other spices or using different types of salami
