Rich cream cheese is the perfect bind between the sweet pineapple and salty cashews. Refreshing little party bites.

ingredients
1/2 cup cashews
2 slices fresh pineapple
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
directions
Finely crush the cashews and place in a shallow dish.
Cut the pineapple slices into pieces. Pat the pineapple dry with paper toweling.
Spread cream cheese on all sides of the pineapple. Dredge the pineapple in the cashew pieces, pressing lightly so they adhere. Set aside on waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
