ingredients
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 small package raspberry gelatin
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 package yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
directions
In a greased 13x9 inch pan, layer berries. Sprinkle sugar, dry gelatin and marshmallows on top of berries.
Mix dry cake mix with water, oil and eggs. Pour over berries. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter. Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped topping or ice cream. Garnish with berries.
