BLT Tacos With Spicy Cream Salsa - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

2 green onions, green part only, minced
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup cooked corn
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 pinch cayenne pepper
8 flour tortillas (6- to 8-inch size), skillet-warmed
16 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded jalapeno Jack cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce

directions

In a medium bowl, combine green onions, jalapenos, tomato and corn. Add ranch dressing and cayenne and stir until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 6 hours.

To build tacos, divide bacon equally among tortillas. Top with spicy creamy salsa, cheese and lettuce. Fold tortillas in half. Serve.
