Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 ripe banana -- mashed with fork
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions:
Spread the bread with the peanut butter and banana.
Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Fry the sandwich, browning on both sides.
