Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

4 flour tortillas (7- to 8-inch size)
1/3 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup low-fat granola
Evenly spread the peanut butter over each tortilla. Sprinkle each with the chopped apple then top with the granola.
Starting at one side of the tortilla, tightly roll it up jelly-roll style. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Cut each tortilla in half and serve immediately.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
