Elvis was known for his fondness of this sandwich. It takes your typical peanut butter sandwich to the next level with the addition of banana, bacon, and honey.

ingredients
2 slices white bread
peanut butter, chunky or creamy
1 banana, sliced lengthwise into 1/4" slices
2 slices cooked bacon
honey
directions
Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the banana slices on one of the peanut butter coated slices. Top with the bacon. Drizzle with honey and place the other slice of bread on top, peanut butter side down.
Place the sandwich on a greased griddle, panini press, or sandwich griller and cook until the bread is toasty. Serve hot.
